How did we do for sustainable development?

We are manufacturer for plastic stationery products.

Background: Plastic pollution has become one of the most pressing environmental issues, as the rapidly increasing production of disposable plastic products overwhelms the world’s ability to deal with them.

Today, single-use plastics account for 40 percent of the plastic produced every year. Many of these products, such as plastic bags and food wrappers, have a lifespan of mere minutes to hours, yet they may persist in the environment for hundreds of years.91% of plastics are not recycled, and 99% of plastics cause climate change.

It occurs to us that we have to do something to reduce plastic pollution. Firstly, we researched professional material technique companies about the materials which can replace plastic and can protect our environment. At that time, we get to know that there is a kind of material-recycled PET, RPET.

How can we get RPET?

The 100% beverage bottles were collected and proceeded to the recycling plant and the waste bottles will be transformed into a plastic piece, which is RPET.

We use the RPET to make the new collection of the desktop.

During this process, our product manager and engineers tried the new material in the new mold again and again to the best stable situation and after half a year, we ultimately succeed in making a whole set of the desktop.

We develop this series of products to protect our environment and on the other hand, we also expect to supply our customers one set of desktops in high-quality and original design on-trend. So we think that is a win-win situation. Both of us and our customers did something right to protect our environment. Our customers also get a high level of product collection, which is unique and meaningful. In a further way of thinking that we can transfer the concept of “Protecting Our Earth” together and everyone can show their attitude by buying this kind of products.

That is one of our product development stories. We have researched more eco-friendly materials, like wheat straw plastic, recycled paper, and RPET which can be used to make pencil cases.
